Hired as full time HR consultant for The Wonderfactory. When hired, the company was 2 officers and a team of freelance contractors. The objective of the project was to implement the transition of freelance contractors in a start up environment to a design company with 60 full time employees. We provided the wonderfactory with an hr infrastructure that transitioned the existing contractors into a now 40 plus person company in 2 years.
